This cemetery is on the state line between Oklahoma and Arkansas. Part of the graves are in Oklahoma and the other part are in Arkansas.

Leard Cemetery is located on the Arkansas/Oklahoma border and has about 70 graves located on the Arkansas side, however the cemetery books are located in Pocola, OK. The original cemetery was in Arkansas and the Leard family are buried on the Arkansas side, which is where the cemetery gets its name.
